Training

We offer on-site behavioral education training and supports in the work environment for students, interns, volunteers, employees and owners. Our behavioral support services address the behavioral needs of potential staff, clients and customers.

In keeping with Keen’s Family and Community Collaborative model, participants contribute in all areas of training; from development of program to on-going training and support efforts. This enables a cohesiveness and consistency of services and supports through shared roles and responsibilities in meeting program goals and objectives.

Specific services include:

• Worksite consulting
• Home & Work team building consulting and program development
• Worksite training and workshops
• Vocational training in the home
